If you are an experienced Second Chef or a Team Leader/Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career who can master the grill, work the line and manage a team the we would love to hear from you......

Our Sous Chefs work closely with the Head Chef supporting them in managing the kitchen and the team, you will be a friendly team player with the knife skills of a ninja and be adaptable enough to work on any section within the kitchen, leading by example so your team will follow.

We cook everything on our menu fresh on site – no flinging and pinging option, so we want people who can work at pace with a great eye for detail and who take pride in the food they cook ensuring our customers enjoy their dish from the first bite to the last crumb!.
